Hi,
My citi bank credit card number : [protected]

I have a query in my citi bank credit card, i have with drawn rs inr 20000 on 09/08/2017

I want to know why extra charges has been taken for rs 1496.45

Why cash advance fees, gst tax and interest charge on what basis this total amount has rs 1496.45

How many charges you will ask customer to pay

I paid rs 20000 amount and i want clarity information regarding in advance fees and cash advance fees
Otherwise i will not pay the fees if not vaild reasons

Iam paid today amount, i got a message of minimum amount to pay.

If i will not pay the interest amount again i will get charges or not extra again.

Please check my query and reply me asap.
