Citibank — Wrong commitment and not responding

1. I have take personal loan of 10, 00000 on Nov 30 2015 and they deducted first EMI on 1 st Dec 2015, with in one day they deducted EMI.
When i approached them they told me with in 48 hrs amount will be credicted.
But i called 6 times in 10 days but haven't seen any response from them, but when i got final personal approval call they told me my first EMI Date will be Jan 1 2016 but they deducted on Dec 1st only.
I called many times but same response, what to do ?

From 27/09/2016 cheque not clear
My cítí bank not help to člear cheque still date please help mě. Other bank already bebit in account date 21/10/2016 but my cítí account not credit still date
