It is submitted that I Tanuja s dhore opening a account holiday plan instalment with certificate no ESM[protected] on 30/09/2011 and receipt no 1807481 dt 25/07/2014. I am deposit instalment amount for rs 1000 per month and my policy maturity date is 30/09/2016 as per issued vide your receipt the same has not been credited in my account till date. It is kindly requested you to credit out standing amount in my account as soon as possible. An early action is requested please.
