Citrus Check Inns — Refund of policy mature

Sir I have invested money in Citrus check inns. Through a known person who looted us and now he is not taking any responsibility of this, and he taken all the necessary documents of that policy with him, telling that he will submit it to concern authority and they will refund the amount, but it's been 3.5 years he is not taking the calls and we don't know what to do, also he is a government employee and running this kind of policy on her wife's name.
