I am holding two city bank cards [protected] and[protected] and tries to pay much before time . A small payment against the card 8035 was not reflected in my mail so could not pay the amount of 3287.92 . I made another transaction on the eve of dhantrash on 9th nov, I got the statement on 25th and had a word with your r mr Ajay and have made total payment of both cards . Are you justified in charging 2000rs for late payment of 3287 .I request you to look into the matter and do the justice to encourage me to use your cards
