City Bank — City Bank Recovery Agents

Hi,
This is regarding the haressing phone calls that i and my family are getting these days

from city bank people, and their recovery agents.
Let me tell to your surprise that I dont have their Credit card, or havent taken any

loan from them, but still getting calls from them.
It so happened that in the company that I worked 1yr ago !!! their was a guy named Bhushan who happened to have taken a loan from CITY BANK, and he is now untracable. So

CITY BANK is calling all those people whom he had called, as they have his phone records.
Over 1000, people worked in my office and i dont have the phone numbers or addresses of each one of them.And i have left that company over an year ago !!!.
When i told this to them, they didnt call me for some time. However now they regularly call up my home phone and haress my elderly parents asking for "Bhushans" phone number.
When they told city bank that they dont have it, they started threatening us and told that "You will have to pay the loan that he took because you gave the gurantee", however the truth is that i am not even aware of this.
Instead of talking to me and calling me on my mobile, city bank people regularly stalk and harass my elderly parents and i am fed up of this.

I am going to Boycott city bank and would request readers to do the same.

City Bank — Levying late fee and interest without any pruchases through credit card No.5425569332060011

I, P.Subbarao, City Bank Credit Card holder of No. [protected] is here with brought to your notice the following issues for consideration:

1. Without any purchase/usage of card there is a Late Fee, over on that levy of Interest charges.

2. The outstanding due amount as per your statement is Rs.1787=67.

3. You please tell what the purchases are.

4. If your system is having any problem, don’t rub on our head and don’t disturb mentally and waste our time because the matter has been brought to your notice through e-mail so many times.

5. Further, I am not liable for late FEE payment and Interests.

Hence it is requested for necessary action at your end as early as possible; the problem is being informed many times through e-mail to you so many times.

City Bank — Toucher/ Disturb everyday without any cause

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I Sandeep Arora started my credit card from city bank in the A.Y 2006-07, but paying the payment of credit card, after the settlement with the city bank, they disturb to me that I have not been paid the payment. From the last one month every day city bank call to me and disturb to me that I have not paid payments.
However I have been sent them Fax of settlement letter with details, they encourage to me that the payment has not been paid from my side.
