[Resolved]  City Union Bank — City Union Bank City Union Bank cash not dispensed at atm but amount debited from account

On November 11'th by 12:19 PM, I have attempted to withdraw Rs. 10000 from cub ATM in Arulpuram with ATM-Id CUBFI339, and the amount have not been dispensed but i have received the sms from HDFC bank that the amount is debited from my account but the ATM displayed temporarily out of service message. I called CUB customer service but they said to contact HDFC Bank which looped me on this but still my amount of Rs.10000 has not been credited. Awaiting for a positive reply.

I had mailed to HDFC suppport regarding this and in a day and the amount got refunded.
City Union Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
