City Union Bank — Delay In opening current account

Since more than 20 days we were tryingvto open a current account in RT nagar branch, Bangalore.It is getting delayed and your staff says they are waiting for approval from HO.Since my fathers days we are customers of cub and we are patronising your bank as a native of Thanjavur since long and have operations only with your bank in all business areas o[censored]s.Please let us know the status and ensure to open the current account asap so that our operations can be commenced.
