I am Gopikannan, who having account: [protected] with City union Bank -Rajapalayam Branch.
I have been booked a New car through ABT Maruthi -n .According to instruction from Dealer Representative INR 4, 26.710 Cash Deposited in Dealer Acct. No.[protected], instead of NEFT/RTGS.
So that car dealer not accepted to credit the cash to their account according RBI instruction, which is do not accept cash more than 2 lakhs.
So that Car dealer given letter to City Union bank-Ram nagar, Coimbatore branch for reversal of Cash deposit on 15/05/19- Please find the attached letter.
Since the day we did not get updates or reversal amount to my account no [protected].
Kindly request you to update the current status and help us to reverse the amount with short time. Due to this i could not taken my new car.
Regarding the cash reverse, we were approached Ram Nagar branch through Land line number- [protected] who was picked Mr. Thangavel, he did not given proper feedback/response instead of behaved unprofessionally and scold us why are you people without sense depositing the money and giving trouble to us.. Also scold us like anything and cut thee line without information. we were tried again, could not connect again.
Kindly help us and take necessary action on our request.

I had withdrawl rs 1500 in saturday.
From atm. I did not kept money from it. But my money was debited 1500.till now there is no refund or response from you bank.
Please make refund my 1500 rs as soon as possible
