I booked mumbai tour for 29th jan 2017(CRN no FD2WL424098) on clear car rental cab provider. On 29th morning 10 AM called more than 5 times asking for the details of the driver and cab but no information provided. I got the no. of the driver at 11:20AM after my selected time (11AM). I called the driver (11:30AM) he replied that he has just left from powai (Mumbai).it would take take 1hr 30mins minimum to reach. That means 1PM so i have asked for cancellation of cab and i please refund the initial amount which i have deposited through link Was this information helpful? |
