This is to bring to your notice that i have been cheated by closap - an online shopping site. I received my order but the products i received did not match with the ones i ordered for. And now i am trying to reach them through all and email and nobody seems to answer it. I have made a full payment for the order (Rs. 5500). I have tried all the customer support numbers but there is no answer in a few and the others disconnect the call. Sir, i want you to look into the matter and bring me my money back. I have made many calls to all the numbers but nobody seems to respond. Please do the needful asap.
