Fraud Adress: Name-Diwakar Mobile No-[protected],New Delhi [protected]@smsfi.com SMSfi.com Tree Top International I got a faulty necklace set from smsfi. com for Rs. 795 which I found is much more than the product they delivered as per the quality. The Warranty card that they give with the product doesn't even contain the process to replace faulty products, the company address nor there is any authorized signatory to claim...The Fraud member mobile no is [protected](Aircel mbl no) and this mobile no is from Delhi. Hi! I got a prize from smsfi.com and I am really happy with it. The best part was that the customer service executive who called from smsfi.com was very polite and told me about the whole process. He also gave me his official email id and number on which I could contact him at any time. The necklace set sent to me was in perfect condition. A friend of mine also received the set. The set had a loose earring. She sent the set back and it was replaced free of cost within 5 working days. They also have a 100% no questions asked refund policy. Incase we do not like the set, then we can return the set and they will process the refund within 2-5 working days. what more can one ask from a company when they are giving a 100% no questions asked refund policy. i love smsfi.com. its great.
