Dear Sir I ordered a jaiket through Zovi (order no:RMZSR)order date :24/11/2012 shipment id #:390473 and I got it delivered .But I’ve made an order for "Smart Grey Front Pocket Regular jaiket " and you have delivered me a green colored jaiket as well as this jaiket is so large to fit my body, quite different from what I’ve ordered. And for last 4 days I’m trying to call your customer care but that number is getting diverted/no response/busy/not reachable, what I’m supposed to do now? i want to refund my money but zovi .com not giving any response from last 6 days . so please immediately take the action against this site because they do cheating with public order no # :RMZSR SHIPMENT ID #: 390473 CONTACT NO = [protected], [protected] MAIL ID= [protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||

i ordered 3 tshirts of size L according to zovi's size chart but its too large for me so i want to replace them in size M..make it fast..
