Club Factory — didn't get delivery

I had ordered on 20th october'17, my order no is so5761225. I had paid 3344/. My product is in delhi from last week. But they didnt informed the courier to ship it to me at earliest. I want my product till 2nd november... But i dont think ill get it by that time. Til date they didnt provide the valuable adive or geniune information regarding the shippment and where is my product?
