Club Factory — unauthorised transactions

A product which i had bought from club factory before 'janta lockdown. 'at 18/4/20 i opened the club factory application there was showing expired infront of the product delivery detail, had called customer service. He had not a clear answer about the product. After some time i received a call from a personal number. This was the same person which i had talked on club factory customer service. He asked me about the product detail only details of product. After conversation i checked my sms and i got myself into unauthorised transactions.
