Club Frisson — Company not providing booking / Refund.

This holiday company is cheater.
They Give lot of commitment, provide lot of lucrative offers to sell the membership, once they sold, not provide booking, not provide membership id, and don't pick up the call and if they pick the call, they don't listen at all and refuse to all commitment they made.

I buy Gold membership for 5 years at the time of purchase they gave me below commitment,
1. Two Child will be included up to 15 years
2. Maintenance changes will be waived off if I provide any valid reference.
3. maintenance charges will apply after availing 1 year of holiday that is 6 nights.

Now I asked for my booking they took almost 15 days to provide me property option, and they gave me option for 3 nights out of 6 nights, and asking me to deposit maintenance charges before booking, that's unfair, I have already paid 70500 INR to them.

firstly their Sales person (Tejwasini Sharma ) is a big Lier, she can commit anything to sell the product after that she is very rude. they are very smart people; they know we paid fully and can't do anything so taking advantage.
They harassed me mentally.
Base was on Lie, she told me that I can get No cost EMI But later on I got to know She added 12500 INR a for EMI and told me that its no cost EMI, She told me that We can cancel the membership if we don't like the services Now, I am asking her to cancel She is saying, we had agreement and we can't get the refund. She is denying for all the commitments.
pl. helps me to get my refund because they are not fulfilling their commitment. I am feeling cheated and helpless.
