Club Frisson — Not providing the services/ refunds

I buy Gold membership for 5 years at the time of purchase they gave me below commitment,
1. Two Child will be included up to 15 years
2. Maintenance changes will be waived off if I provide any valid reference.
3. maintenance charges will apply after availing 1 year of holiday that is 6 nights.
4. Properties would be 3 star/ 4 star

I paid them almost 76K. Now when I ask them for booking the resorts/ hotels, they suggest very cheap properties which are easily available at Rs. 1500 to Rs. 2000.

As of now, their website is not loading, they are not answering calls.

At the time of booking, they told me that We can cancel the membership if we don't like the services Now, I am asking them to cancel, and they are denying saying we had agreement and we can't get the refund.

Please help me to get my refund because they are not fulfilling their commitment. I am feeling cheated and helpless.
