Club Group Of Hotels — from last 2 years. i have tried making booking 8-10 times but all request are rejected

This is fraud company with fraud. They have taken my 15k and have given all false comittment like 91 properties/money refund/5 star properties. From last 2 years. I have tried making booking 8-10 times but all request are rejected giving false excuses. They seems to have very few tie ups that too with poor properties. Pls help me to get my money back and don't get trap in this cheating...
