[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — bliss | |||
After much pleading by an executive, i signed up for "mahindra bliss account" and soon the man took 5000 in cash and 51190 through credit card payment. Rest was to be paid in instalments. Soon, then and there after going into the details of the membership, i got really disappointed and wanted to cancel the membership immediately. The man said payment has already been made and to cancel it takes three months time. Despite my repeated enquiries, no effort has been mad to cancel the membership and refund the money so far. Every time verbal assurances are given as to things are being processed and refund being made soon. What step i should now take to get my money refunded Was this information helpful? | |||
