Mear Mahindra Team This email is to bring to your notice about the pain that a customer has to go through once you have bought the membership and you want to book the Hotel. Attached is the payment advise of this membership which was done. There were several commitments which were made during the sale pitch due to which the membership was taken by us. Understand that there was an agreement signed by us and it will have all the details about the membership, but we bought the membership of your team members trust and Mahindra brand thinking that whatever the sales guys say will be true and we can believe in the Brand Mahindra and its team. Tried to book your resort 3 times : 1) July 2019 - For Sikkim - They said that you have to book 4 months in advance and booking this close is not possible because you are not eligible to travel in the period as its high season. - What was communicated - " Sir aap membership lejiye and i ll personally look into your bookings. I can get it done 15 days prior, Maine 2 din pehle bhi bookings karwai hai customers ki. 2) Last weel - For Lonavala - They said the member himself has to travel if somebody needs to visit this property and his son alone cannot travel as its not allowed. These were never informed to us during booking as we thought worst come scenario if we are not able to use the membership we will at least go to Lonavala which is in close proximity and use our membership between family members. - This was another lie from your team member - Harpreet singh who came to sell this membership. When I called him he said " Sir mei pata karta hu shayad recently kuch change hua hoga, I 'll get this exception approved for you" and then he disappears without even answering my call for days. 3) Yearly Maintenence fee - Harpreet himself had confirmed that maintenance fee will be waived off and we don't need to worry about it. Without even attending one holiday i have been bombarded with reminders on emails repayment of maintenance when it was confirmed by the salesman that this will be taken care of. We would like to immediately seek a refund of this membership. Request you to be fair with us as we had put our hard earned money in Mahindra thinking it will bring happiness to our family, instead it has become a long drawn pain to us.
