Club Mahindra Holidays — Refund of GoZest memberships [IMMEDIATE] | |
I am Dishant Sheth and I am a co-applicant (member ID[protected] to one GoZest membership plan I bought. I got the membership for myself and my uncle’s family at ₹ 84, 150 each. Mahindra office - Coimbatore Sales representatives - Mr. Marshal and Mr. Vignesh The complaints - 1. The amounts were paid for my membership and my uncle’s membership. My application was to be processed first so that I could get a referral bonus for my uncle’s bonus. Until this point, the sales reps never spoke to us of a point system that GoZest uses. They told us about 7N of holidays per year across 3 years. Once we found out about this, my uncle requested to cancel his membership because he was very unsure of the points system. The sales rep was informed and he said that my uncles membership amount would be refunded quickly because the application hasn’t really been processed yet. It’s been one month and there is no sign of my uncle’s membership refund money or any official communication of refund from Mahindra. 2. Once my personal membership was processed, I checked the GoZest portal to book a holiday. We were told that our family of 4 could book a Studio and it was enough. On the portal, no more than 2 adults are allowed in a studio. Most resorts are shown unavailable on most dates. If we book a 1BR for 4 people because of online portal restrictions, we get 1N of stay per year. What is this if not fraud? 3. The call center never responds or otherwise gives half-baked information. The sales reps don’t reply for days and then reply with vague reasons again. No support from anyone to book a holiday. This is extremely disappointing and pathetic. The consumers are being taken for a ride by Club Mahindra. This is FRAUD ! I want my money back for both the memberships. And I want this to be taken care of immediately in 7 working days. I have voice recordings and official mails from these sales reps explaining the false terms. Also note that I will not hesitate to sue Club Mahindra in the consumer court given how much proof I have and will also hold your sales reps personally liable for this.
