[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — refund of membership cancellation | |||
I had taken a club membership on 07th Oct 18 only after confirmation from agent that I can apply for cancellation within 10 days If I don't find relevant. I had cancelled my membership on 14th Oct 18 but till date could not find any positive response. Even they have created my member ID without my confirmation(ID No 2843446). and cancellation request was also created No. 079792 but I don't know who is responsible and how am I going to get my refund. I had called customer care and also dropped mail many times but every time I have been given assurance that it will be refunded but no one is giving any time line. This is very unprofessional approach of Mahindra group where there is no one to give any response to my concerns. Kindly resolve my issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
