[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — withdrawal of club mahindra membership application and request for full refund | |||
Membership id : 2869993 I, sourabh suran, made the downpayment of inr 39, 840 towards 25 years white studio membership with club mahindra in bangalore on 12th may. Due to certain bad reviews from friends and family we decided not to go ahead with the membership and put in a request to cancel the membership on 17th may (Which is within the 10 day period which mahindra holidays t&c documents mentions). We are yet to receive any kind of information from the mahindra customer experience team nor the cancellation team. From the member experience team, they are mentioning it can take upto 90 working days for the refund to be given back and are saying it is upto the branch team to give an update. As per clause 8.1 in the t&c of mahindra holidays membership, it mentions maximum of 30 working days. Please help us getting a resolution as soon as possible. We had sent multiple e-mails to the [protected]@mahindraholidays.com [protected]@clubmahindra.com all cc-ing the executives who sold the membership to us, all to no avail.
