[Resolved]  Club Mahindra Holidays — Worst experience with Club mahindra, fraud and fake.

I took Club Mahindra membership Red season in April 2014 for which I have already paid Rs 80k. I have been provided complimentary vouchers of domestic and international holiday which is to be availed by 1st January 2015.Now 3 months down the line when I decided to make a booking for a vacation using my complimentary vouchers (of RCI & club Mahindra) I faced following issues: 1)I was conveyed in the presentation that I am eligible to take 6 people for a vacation during red season and the same can be adjusted by reducing no of days of stay. But now I have been told that I can’t take more than 4 people!! This has come as a shocker for me as the whole purpose of taking the membership gets defeated! We are a family of 6 people and took this membership so that we all can vacation together. I should have been told about this earlier at the time of presentation only!! 2) When I called RCI in June 2014 for booking my international trip in November, I was told that booking starts only 90 days in advance and then when I called in mid july to make the booking then I was told that the bookings are already over for November!! Then I called customer care to complain about this and I was again told that I need to call on 1st August as booking will start at that time..now this leaves me completely confused as I really don’t understand when should I call them for the booking!! Also During the call I got to know that booking is already open for all except for those who are using complementary vouchers!! I don’t understand why such discrimination exists!! Vouchers have been given because I have paid for the membership and its not for free and this kind of treatment is not acceptable!! 3) When I called the Sales manager who sold this membership to me (SANTOSH) for help as I was trying to make my first booking, I got a very cold response from him. He clearly refused to help and stated that his role was only to sell the membership and that” he is not my servant for lifetime”. Is this how club Mahindra treats their customers!! What about after sale service!! I am totally disgusted with the interaction I had with SANTOSH and with his behavior which is totally unacceptable! When I called relationship manager at Bikaji to discontinue my membership, then I got know that no money will be refunded!! This is a shock for me as I was not told about the 10 day refund policy of Mahindra which is in absolute fine prints!! I am extremely disappointed with Club Mahindra and would not like to continue my membership as not only bookings are not available but services are also extremely poor. Club Mahindra sales people are not providing correct information at the time of closing the deal and are not willing to help post the membership is sold by them. On the top of it they misbehave with the customer. I would like to associate myself with this kind of organization and I am feeling CHEATED!! Since I haven’t used any voucher till now and have not availed any service of club Mahindra I demand my money refund on immediate basis. Regards, Raveesh Badoni

Dear All,
I have gone through the above links and was so irritated to see all o[censored]s been played by Club Mahindra with their shameless marketing tactics. I am also a victim of such tactics. I have purchased membership on 27th July 2014 and on 29th July I have placed request for cancellation (Interaction Id. 6971655) to [protected]@clubmahindra.com and all the executives and managers who were part of purchase process. Since that day I have called executives, manager and customer care multiple times and following are the excuses.
1. Sales Executive: Still trying to convince for retaining membership when he was not successful he used harsh words and said you cant take the money back by hook or crook. I have complete recording will share the audio file soon.
2. Manager: "You will get call from corporate office, I cant help."
3. Customer Care: "Sir, we are sorry to hear and our team member will call you today by 6.30pm." But still no call.

I have emailed them multiple times but from there also no response.

When I placed the request on 29th July, they still generated membership id on 2nd August 2014. Membership id: 2582059.

With such behavior of their sales and customer staff and the response they give to customer is pathetic. I am surprised how come they are still there in market even so many cheating cases against them.

For me it’s now the money which is involved, This is a case of abuse their executive has done and the harassment done by the company. I will make sure the company has to take a setback this time and proper litigation has to be submitted. I have talk to few members who are on the same platform. I will be meeting lawyer soon anyone who wants to join us is more than welcome.

I will be sharing complete details, executive and manager name and details with audio files and scan copies and emails with you. Will discuss further steps soon.

Hope we all together this time teach these people a lesson.
