[Resolved]  Club Mahindra — non refund of my initial amount

Dear sir,
Myself is birenkumar b. Patel and am residing at ahmedabad - gujarat. This is regarding membership of club mahindra. I had the worst ever experience with your organization and/or officials. Details are as below:
On 31st march, 2019, sunday i had a call regarding session for club mahindra membership at hotel ramada, ahmedabad along with my wife. We were welcomed with tea and biscuits and been gone through your resorts presentation on paper and brochure.
Mr. Aniruddh singh (Contact no.: [protected]) one of your channel partners has explained your scheme and shown big big dreams during the session. According to his explanation, i decided to become member and paid rs.28500/- through debit card. While becoming member he has assured that if i want to change my decision and withdraw my membership, i can do the same within 10 days as per the agreement letter.
After reaching home and discussion with family and other existing club mahindra members, i decided to withdraw my membership and informed to mr. Aniruddh singh about the same. After 3 reminder calls he had sent one of his representatives named mr. Pintesh rana (Contact no.: [protected]) at my home, where he (Mr. Pintesh rana) has filled cancellation form and took 02 no. Of cheques each amount of rs. 5638/- drawn in favour of “mahindra holidays & resort india ltd.” against emi for the membership asking that those cheques are for formalities only and i (Biren patel) can do stop payment for the same. This was done on @ 07th april, 2019. After some days i received membership kit (With card and member ship no: xxxxxxx).
Now situation is that, it is going to complete 2nd month and still i have not received refund of my amount of rs.28500/-. So i called mr. Aniruddh singh on 11th may, 2019 asking the status of refund of my money. He replied that he would check and inform. But till today he has not approached me and not even picking up my phone. Neither mr. Aniruddh singh nor mr. Pintesh rana pick up my phone and reply.
So i decided to contact club mahindra customer care and informed the whole situation to the representative available there on date: 13th may, 2019. During discussion with your representative i came to know that even after more than one month still my membership cancellation request has not been registered by mr. Aniruddh singh as per his committment. I asked for the complaint no./request no. For the same. But the representative denied to give or to register. But after finishing the telephonic discussion, that representative had done forward call to me and given the complaint /request no.:[protected]. He had assured me to do needful about the same and inform me. But still there is no any communication from your side.
Further on 28th & 29th may, 2019 consecutively i called customer care number asking the status of my complaint/request no.: 01366544. Both the times i was given commitment that they would arrange a call from channel partners either from mr. Aniruddh shingh or from mr. Rajat nayak. But no one had called me and informed me the status. Today on 30th may, 2019 also i had a discussion with customer care and as per him today there was no any request for revert call. This is just disgusting. It is totally wrong statement. You can even check my call recording.
I had never assumed about the worst services of club mahindra. Is this your service? Is this your commitment? If you people are doing such kind of fraud, how the public/customer will trust you and invest in your property. I had a plan to suggest my office staff to take membership, but now i realized that i had done a big mistake.
This is my sincere request you to do needful and refund my amount of rs.28500/- asap and don’t force me to publish this case in leading local news papers, national news papers, whatsapp, facebook, youtube or cnbc awaaz or can even take help of consumer forum of india.
