Have placed order for ifb eva aqua sx 1000rpm (ldt) 6kg fully-automatic front-loading washing machine on 04th oct 2016, but i received 800 rpm and that is not ldt. i have received wrong product and i immediately requested for return. order number:[protected] return number: 3226472 the merchant who has delivered the product on behalf of supplies.com has contacted me last month and offered me rs 3000 as a difference and compensation but later dint turn up as shop clues restricted him to deal directly with customer. consequently i've been trying for a solution directly with shlpclues since 40 days through many emails and telephonic conversations but in vain with very irresponsible, careless attitude of shopclues team. finally i had to mention them that i'll fight the issue in court of law after 40 days, but to my surprise, the answer was "do what ever you want". i would definitely take up the issue to any level till i be justified and the worthless, careless, irresponsible shop clues
