Cochin Corporation — Beautification of cochin

This is with regard to cochin city development aspects that can be implimented along with metro project in coordination with kochi corporation.
Salient points are as below:

1. Kochi corpn gradually to replace the present blue/white colour code to kochi metro theme colour.

2. City buses in cochin to incorporate metro rail coach design & colour. Presently the colour change is taking place with out a proper study of all aspects.

3. The initially proposed clover leaf design fly over at edappally lulu jn seems to be cancelled. This will defenitly make traffic jams in future.
Hence prior to opening of lulu junction, at least the nh17 road upto container terminal needs to be converted to double carriage way.

This needs effective coordination and study between kmrl & kochi corporation.
