We lost our birth Certificate one for me issued in 1980 and for my wife 1984, hence we applied for a replacement birth Certificate on November 2nd 2016. Since then I am on the run from Mattancherry Zonal office at least six, seven times. Last response I have got from your Kochi, Mattancherry office, the person who looks records, said " I have look into Malayalam section come tomorrow. Treatment to tax payers generally very very poor. Office employees thinks that they doing a favor to tax payer who pays fees and every thing the ask and required by law.
According to website says will receive certificate 7 days.
If I don"t get our birth certificate next 14 days I have ditch I idea of getting our birth certificate.
