As I receive a cognizant offer letter and to fill the background details. But, My one cognizant portal wasn't open. I would login with all the correct details like mail I'd and password but I have a login issue like troubleshooting details. Kindly, below I attached that screenshot.please help me to move further.

The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account
