Cognizant — Can't login to OneCognizant Portal

Atfirst, I got selected in GENC CSD offer but now they cancelled the CSD offer and transferred it to FTE(Full Time Equivalent). Actually they only gave one day to accept the offer, Today the time will over. So can you please check it fast. While I was selected in CSD I already logged in to oneCognizant portal so now I cannot log in again with same email id. It showing like

The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account
