Cognizant — Delay in the interview status

I have attended an virtual interview with CTS for the Senior Analyst role.
I completed the technical interview on 8th September 2023. I completed my HR round on 15th September 2023. After that, I haven't heard from the team. I have already shared the documents for BGV.
