Cognizant — Full and Final settlement

My last working day in cognizant is Apr 13, 2023 till now I haven't received the severance pay and leave enhancement pay.I have mailed to ExIthelpdeskindia many times but I haven't receive any response e-mails...So please provide the settlement as soon as possible
