Cognizant — Negative BGV

Hi This is Sai Yaswanth G i got offer in cognizant in Chennai location for the role of Java developer after 2months my BGV got Negative everytime I submite documents what they ask I don't know the proper reason but This is not good Can you please tell me the reason But for me I am fit for that role I don't have to hide nd fake anything but I got Negative Feedback will BGV team will do correctly Background check I contact my previous company that anyone contacted them form BGV team but no one contact them Then how can they give negative feedback
