I received a message in my phone from Berribot on behalf of cognizant to gather information and the call will be scheduled within few minutes. I received the call and the bot told me the call will be interrupted and we will provide second chance of call link and a link to ask whatsapp link. I touched the second call link it said, we have called you twice. And then i get through the link to get whatsapp link, it said we have send you the chat but I didn't received any message in my whatsapp. I don't want to miss the opportunity like this, look in through my complaint and i request to get the whatsapp link again
