Cognizant — onboarding issues with cognizant portal

Hi,
My date of joining was 18-july-2018 but from 12-july onwards i am not able to login to cognizant portal. I had completed all my formalities but onboarding pass was not generated.

When i contacted hr, she told she will recreate the offer letter and it will have mew date of joining. But till now no updates. I follow up everyday throguh mail but i dont get any reply on mail.
When i call hr she picks once in a blue moon and tell that she has submitted it to team to create offer. We will update.

Can anyone please help. I have left my previous company.

Could you please advice anyone for below login error as I am not able to login to One Cognizant for accept your Date of joining (DOJ).

And getting below error.

User account '[protected]@gmail.com' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'Cognizant' and cannot access the application 'https://onecognizantexternal.cognizant.com'(ENT_onecognizantexternal_SAML_PROD) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account.

Is your login issue resolved?

I received offer letter on 26 July but no onboarding email from cogni yet.
HR said some technical issue in backend.

I believe Onboarding/pre-joining email we get from 1C portal only?? Right?

hi yes i have been facing the same issue my doj is dec2018. i am.unable to login to onboarding portal still as my bgv is still pending. i asked h.r and she said she is recreating my offer again. if they recreate the offet again do we need to do all formalities again to upload all documents again??

Hi bro, this is srujan. Even I got placed in CTS last year and we are supposed to join intern by 6 th of March 2021.I have completed all my prejoining formalities and haven't received my boarding pass till now. In the beginning it was 27 th feb and the joining dates has been changing till now. I have no point of contact, can u please help me bro.

Hello, I got my date of joining as August 10, 2021 but my onboarding pass is not yet generated. Did you resolve your issue? If so please tell me how.
Hi,
I am facing some issues in the onboarding process dated 16 October 2019. While I was filling my pre-joining formalities I have to close the tab due to network issues hoping I will continue in some time. But it skipped that process and went directly to the BGV checking and I could not be able to go back.

I even tried logging out but it didn't work. Plz help me fix this

Exactly same has happened with me also. So I did proceed with BGV. But still my onboarding formalities are pending. what should I do now? How did you resolved it?
I am facing same problem I am also not able to fill my pre joining formalities it is showing BGV checking now.

if u are unable to fill pre joining formalities and the link straightly goes to bgv just upload those documents then you can fill those form
I have filled the tentative dates wrong while accepting the offer and I have some problem regarding NATS ID.Please solve my issue.

I tried as you said but after filling BGV the popup came saying " There are no pending bgv request session will be closed automatically." And after that it didn't show onboarding formality page. How to fill the onboarding forms now? Please let me know

Use different browsers. Same happened with me also. Then I uploaded my photo by using Internet Explorer. This will surly gonna work. Try it.
My exams of 8th sem are finished but while filling the onboarding formalities I put wrong tentative date of exam that is 29th November. Now there is no option to change it... What should I do now will it gonna effect my doj.
I am trying to upload my profile picture for id card but browse option is not working in chrome, incognito mode. Suggest me something to solve this issue pls.

Same has happened with me also. You can try uploading you pictures using Internet Explorer. It will surly gonna work.

Hi My name is pavan and my candidate I'd protected [9934044] am having total 7 yrs exp, I got an offer from cognizant and my d.o.j is on 01-Feb-2020 and bgv status is showing completed. But I didnt get on boarding pass. I requested the hr to check my on boarding pass he said there is some issue with my first company. And I gave all my details to hr and he changed to 3rd and then to 5th but today is 4th Feb I didnt received on boarding pass from hr.

I left My previous company on 29 Jan 2020.
