Cognizant — Relieving letter not received

Myself chittimala havish, an ex-employee of cognizant, employee id-695214, had not recieved my relieving letter from the company after the full and final process and I require the same uregently. I submitted my id card too in april 2 week. Lwd = march 10, 2023 . So kindly resolve my issue.
