Cognizant Technology Solutions — Did not recieve the mail for survey

I got selected on November 2022 .I got a call from cognizant supposedly bot stating that I should complete the survey and fill and submit it on August 28 2023 8pm which was on the same day I received the call on 6pm evening .But there was no mail for survey which I was supposed to recieve on my personal mail
