Cognizant Technology Solutions — Discrepancy in name in offer letter

HI,
I have my DOJ on 22/01/2021. My name is wrongly mentioned in both my offer letter and onboarding portal. I have mailed c2c and other support links provided. There has been no updates yet.

Can anyone help me.
