Good afternoon

This is Sai Kiran Devarapu in the pipeline of fresh hires from 2022 campus. Today is the last day to accept my offer letter in One cognizant portal. But I was unable to access my account in the one cognizant portal.
when i'm tried to login, with my email Id

it is showing this
