[Resolved] Cognizant Technology Solutions — Waiting for the offer letter | |||
I have attended the interview on (20th June 2022).After the interview, I have received the confirmation call from you on (7th July 2022) and you confirmed that we will release the offer letter within a week. It's over a more than month now.But till now I haven’t received offer letter. And also I have filled the CIS form only.I am continually trying to reach you but no response for both mails and calls. Could you please check and update when will I receive my offer letter. I am waiting for your response. Was this information helpful? | |||

I received the CdF1 and CDF 2 links and i submitted the documents but I didn't get the link to submit live photo .I mailed my HR she is not giving reply and they told Aug 29 th is my joining date . Still no updates .HR is not responding the cals

I have attended an interview of cognizant on 19 Aug, got a call form HR on 24 Aug for salary discussion. I have submitted CDF1, CDF2, and all the required docs to the HR for offer letter process. But still i am waiting for the next reply form CTS hr. No one is responding and is not giving me any update on the same.

No i didnt get any response. I'hv sent lots of emails but no reply from anyone. The person who is in contact with me she said another hr is there who will issue your offer letter. I found her email id and copy her in mail chain but she is also not replying me on email.
I got a reply on my recent email that my candidature has been rejected by CTS BU authority. I dont understand, for this reply they have taken a month and after very good hr discussion, doc submission they rejected my profile. This was a very dissoppointing, and a very bad experience with cognizant.-
