Coinroots Analysis — Legal action against "coinroot analysis"

Further to their today's call, they had agreed to send a cheque today i.e 6th August 2015 for Rs.1, 19, 500/- (rupees one lakh Nineteen thousand five hundred only) for dated 12/08/2015, but as usual they again failed to execute.
Apart from the Registration form and Payment Receipt from Coinroot Analysis, I "Rafeeq Ahmed Basheer" have collateral proof of our communications through emails and SMS's which clearly proves that "Coinroot Analysis" have breached their contract and so, Strict Complaint will be lodged against the company for trying to fraud with my hard earned money.
