Coinroots Analysis — Refund of my principle + profit

I Rafeeq Ahmed Basheer have transferred (Neft) rs. 1, 00000 (One lakh) to coinroots analysis on 12 / 06 / 2015 for a money back offer of rs. 18, 750 / - per month. As promised they sent me the payment receipt # 000cr109 (Attached) for the invested amount but later denied to send "letter of profit commitment" and pdc after receiving the amount. I made several calls but they hardly answered and no reply to my emails. As i don't feel secure anymore, i have informed them to close my portfolio and return my principle+profit on maturity (12th july) and the person has verbally agreed to do so. I hope that this time they will not turn away again from their commitment.

Updated by brite1316 After I posted the complaint, yesterday 8/07/2015, a person called from Coinroots Analysis to verify if I have lodged a complaint against them. I was surprised to receive his call as he normally never bothers to answer my calls nor call back. I informed him that since he was not replying to my repeated emails (written agreement that he will refund my Principle + Profit), I had to take this step. To this, He said that he will Not reply to my email but will surely refund my Principle (Rs.1 Lakh) + Profit (Rs.18, 750/-) on my maturity date i.e. 12th of July 2015.Hope that he keeps up his commitment.

My maturity date was 12th of July but since it was a Sunday, one person from Coinroots Analysis by name"Mr. Mannan"(contact # [protected]) informed me that the principle + profit (Rs.1, 18, 750/-) will be transferred to my account on the 13th of July (i.e today) and I agreed. When I did not receive the amount I called him up and he answered my call by saying that he will not be able to pay my principle amount (Rs.1 lakh) now, but he will transfer the profit amount of Rs. 18, 750/- to my account on the 15th of July. He said that my principle + profit (for July-August) will be paid on the 12th of August. I refused to agree for this delay and asked him to pay the whole amount immediately. Since he didn't agree I told him to pay atleast by this month end and he hesitantly agreed. He sent me an email (see attached) confirming refund on the 12th of August but intentionally didn't mention that he will be paying my profit of Rs. 18, 750/- on the 15th of this month(July).I once again called him to question "why he didn't write about the profit that he is going to pay on the 15th of July, he immediately said that he is right now sending an email confirming what he agreed verbally but until now I haven't received.I am trying to call him but he is not at all bothered to answer my calls. I doubt whether he will keep up his commitment. He is just playing tricks with his words but refuses to give a written confirmation.
I sincerely request you to kindly help me in getting back my amount.
