I have been undergoing treatment for gastroenteritis under consultation with dr bharat kumar for the last 2 months. It is observed that billing has been done twice for my consultation on 26 may. The transaction reference number for these 2 payments @ rs 650 is as follows (74766518146820186737009 and 74766518146820186736993) with my credit card. I contacted the front office billing counter with my credit card statement copy on 4th july who were not able to rectify this mistake nor was able to provide a date when this will be resolved. Requesting confirmation to repay the amount at the earliest. The copy of the statement is attached
