Columbia Asia Hospital — Complaint regarding doctor's attitude

I am Dhanalakshmy. Today I had a very bitter experience with Columbia Asia Clinic, Doddaballapura, Bangalore rural district, Karnataka, regarding covid vaccination for my daughter. Sequence of events are mentioned below for your kind perusal.
1) My daughter who is going to face the 12th board exam registered in aarogya setu app long back and is waiting for a slot .
2) We were running from pillar to post to get a time slot in any of the hospitals in Bangalore.
3) As the CoWin website was not user friendly we were also enquiring in the near by hospitals over telephone about the slot availability.
4) As we got information from Columbia Asia about the vaccination drive for 18-44 yrs category, we went to the hospital with our daughter ready to pay the asked fees.
5) Even after issuing the token, the doctor denied the vaccination as her name was not there in Columbia's slot.
6) They rudely denied to take the vaccination by stating some technical reasons.
7) My daughter who ambitiously awaited her vaccination broke into tears due to this rude behaviour.
8) My daughter was really upset because she was denied the opportunity to get vaccinated from a medical practioner who is equivalent to God .
9) More than the denial of vaccination, what hurt her the most was the attitude of the doctor and a fellow doctor, who in fact, were the ones to stubbornly reject the administering of the jab. However, the admin staff members were humane and looked at us helplessly .
10) We are one among the many, who face such incidents on a daily basis in private hospitals, in the rural parts of India.
This incident provides insight to the conflicting idea of a person choosing technicality over duties. Isn't he a contradiction to whatever he solely stands for????
