Columbia Asia Hospital — Discharge time duration

My son is supposed to be discharged today. However the process of discharging takes about 3-4 hours (the earliest) which reflect poor work process and lousy system utilized by Columbia Asia Setapak compared to other private hospital (i.e. gleneagles).

I am very dissapointed with this matter since no improvement been made by Columbia Asia Setapak's management since my last visit here to this hospital (same discharged duration observed).

This would be my last time having tretment for myself andy family members here. U have just lost another customer.
