Columbia Asia Hospital — fruit was spoiled and smelly / stinky

On 20 may 2019, my wife was admit in hospital columbia asia iskandar puteri johor bahru, fruit and food for lunch was sent to room 107, when my wife want to eat and found on fruit (Honeydew) was stinky and smelly, can i know why hospital food isnt never qc? This food / fruit was sent to patient, any thing was happen if eaten by patien how ur hospital can make responsible? This only on fruit, if next time was on food? This a serious thing but ur staff only said need sent to chef and check, this can smell on the spot will know this was smelly, and their like nothing happen, hope ur hospital will seen serious on this, cos food was eat in to stomach
