Columbia Asia Hospital — hospital a place for scam

This is an recent experience where my wife had a cyst issue and was admitted for 5 days in columbia asia sarjapur. While 5 days she was treated and sent home issue reoccured. 60k of bill was generated. While the nursing staff were good had a very bad customer service and a food issues where we found hairs in customer food. While all this got over real problem started now. We moved to columbia asia whitefield. They asked me to redo all the reports and i said we did all this last week. The answer provided was we have best radiologist and we rely only on them. We dint rely on other hospital reports. Secondly urine culture which came negative a day back was repeated again. When questioned how a negative report would change to positive, no answers. While we ran in opd for week, we spent 40k in doing various tests from scan, ecg, swab tests, blood tests, culture, urine, blood and what all. With all this spends wife condition has not changed. If this the healthcare you get god save this country. With covid19 they have increased the dr visit to rs 900 and they charge ppe kit charges of rs 50 from every customer. Every test has ppe charges. Is our honourable pm, medical ministers looking into this. Is our karnataka medical minister mr. Sudhakar hearing to common man like us. God save, hospital run by goons looking at every opportunity to make money
