Columbia Asia Hospital — i complaining about bad behaviour of dr. bhavna mangal of columbia asia hospital pune

This incident placed today 08 nov 2k17 when i was at reception and dr. Bhavna mangal come up there. I smiled friendly and said thanks to her.
And this lady shouted on me why i called her on call. Let me brief on whole and the rediculous attitute of this lady who claimed herself as dr in columbia asia.

Why i said thanks to her?
My daughter was taking treatment of endocrinologist from columbia asia and we want to perform tests on specific day. We did called at hospital whole day at interval of 15 minutes from morning 10 a. M to 6p. M but our dr. Was not availble and atlast we know the lady bhavna mangal who stays in our society only is dr.in columbia asia. We asked to please let us talk with dr. Bhavna magal for 2 minute as this is general question for dr. To tell us which particular day in periods this test needs to be done. She replied at phone so rudely at phone for 2 minutes but still we are okay as atleast we got confirmation.

Now only for 2 minutes call for general query she shouted like anything at reception while i was saying thank you to her. We agreed that we are not taking treatment from her but for 2 minutes call she talks so rudely and insulted me in front of other patients.

This is the behaviour of doctor's at one of the well known hospital. Where they talk about social responsibilities and this is the behavior they are carring on their head.
