Columbia Asia Hospital — Intentional Harassment (Sexual and Motive)

I was admitted in Columbia Asia Hospital for the delivery of my child from 1/8/21 to 03/08/21. Dr. Ritwik Ghosh Halder was on duty as RMO. First of all he was very rude since the beginning, as if I have done big crime by coming there as patient. Later after my c section he visited me many time in my room, maximum time he used to come without any female nurse, he touched me even when I told him not to touch me. On the top of everything, one night he came alone without nurse, I was sleeping, he started removing my cover sheet, I was startled to the most. On the third day after my child was born he started checking my belly with stethoscope, it was hurting as I had c-section three days back. I told him not to touch me, he said he has to do so as it is "mandatory" to check my belly. I don't know what is there to check in my belly that too with stethoscope when my child was already born. I had no complication in my surgery or in my pregnancy. I think Dr. Ritwik Ghosh Halder harassed me with the intention of molestation.
