Sir, Visited Yeshwanthpur hospital to day, The callous nature of Ms Ashwini a receptionist and others made me dumb stuck. I WAS SENT BACK MERCILESSLY WITHOUT MEDICAL CHECKUP. I am 60 years diabetic, and was 9.30hrs . The staff had no patience to check the credentials. I was very much insulted and hurt. They kept shouting at me with knowing my agony. I am a very senior officer. Is this the way you treat the patients?
Is there any remorse for this or you want me to go to social media for this.
